PrePaid Cards Terms of Use Agreement:

• We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this Terms of Use Agreement each time you view and use the Website. You are accordingly advised to consult the Terms of Use Agreement each time you view and use the Website. Do not use our product if you do not agree to all of the following terms and conditions.
• Extra service fee will be charge on the new card and there is fee on every recharge.
• Fuel Tariff remain as per KNPC regulations.
• Card is valid for 6 months from it's first usage date.
• Incase of improper debit from the card, customer should submit the complaint along with card in AL-RAI office.
• New card validity is 2 years from the time of purchase.
• Lost card should be reported to our customer service or send email on cs@petroeasy.com along with purchased invoice copy.
• Deactivation of the lost card will be after 12 hours from reported lost.
• Remaining balance of the card will be refunded after 3 days of complaint submission.
